How do I file a claim? What is the process?

Simply take the vehicle to any licensed repair facility and have them contact our claims administrator directly at (800) 531-1925 with the diagnostic results to start the claim. Our Vehicle Service Contract Specialists will take it from there. Regardless of the repair facility you choose, authorization is always required from TechChoice (by Enterprise Financial Group), our claims administrator. So before you get your mechanic to start any repairs, make sure you have the green light from TechChoice (by Enterprise Financial Group).
