Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your All Access Pass at anytime within a 48-hour notice prior to your next billing date. All requests must be submitted via our Contact Tab, and the subject line must read: Cancel My Service. Make sure to include the Account Number and reason for cancellation. Your service will never be eligible for a prorated refund even if you cancel after your billing date. Example: If you cancel your service on the 15th of a month and your service is active until the 30th, you will not receive a refund for any unused days remaining. All sales are final.

Only Businesses that paid Payroll Taxes in 2020 or 2021 can claim the ERC Refund. Please provide direct Contact Information for the Business Owner, Operator, HR, Finance or Administrator that assists in the Business Tax Preparation
